My name is Catherine Tatham and I'm a lifelong resident of Seymour, TN. I have been a licensed agent for over 10 years and pride myself as being my clients mentor rather than a salesperson. In my first few years as an agent, I worked mainly with First Time Homebuyers and helped navigate young buyers through the buying process. By doing this, I gained so much knowledge and experience from teaching my clients about the buying and selling process, to thinking outside of the box to keep a deal together, to celebrating our successful closing. It's an honor to me that most of my clients truly turn into friends.
